Please tell us your name. Where are you from?
My name is Vira. I came from Kherson, the city of Bereslav. [I'm] 74.
When you arrived here, was there internet?
At first there wasn't. But then they set it up for us, they connected Wi-Fi.
Why is Wi-Fi important to you?
Well, it's important because we can't afford to pay for the internet all the time, and this is free. We are very happy with it.
My son is fighting. My son is fighting, and I'm watching the situation. I'm watching, even these agreements right now. I look because we really want the war to end. Somewhere out there, we are alone here, and our children are in Khmelnytskyi and Kyiv. I wake up right away, I need to know how the children are doing. The children call me, well, I need to know all this.
Has life become easier with the Internet?
Actually, I had the internet at home. And then something bad happened, and I was left without the internet. I can't really afford to pay for the internet either. And we are very happy that there is Wi-Fi here in the dormitory.
My son is fighting. I wake up right away, I need to know how the children are doing.
